  • Artist-in-Residency - Key West, Florida

I have been awarded and will be attending an Artist-in-Residency at the STUDIOS of Key West in Key West, Florida for the entirety of December.

While there, I will continue developing my Roots of a City series. Through research and practical application, I will begin the creation of two more cityscapes. One painting will reflect the colors and environment of Key West, Florida and the other painting will reflect the colors and moods of Naples, Italy.

Each new painting will consist of my hand-made needlework, mixing my own colors, and various textiles to complete the compositions. Stay tuned for more updates about these additions to the series.
